Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed in the shop. The Hungarian version is the binding one; this English text is a translation for convenience. The contract is concluded electronically, counts as a written contract and is filed by the operator.

By placing an order you accept these terms. The operator may change them; changes do not affect orders already placed.

Each product page lists the product's main characteristics. Photos are illustrations.

Prices are in Hungarian forints and include 27% VAT. The checkout shows the shipping fee separately before you pay.

If a price is obviously wrong (for example 0 Ft or a fraction of the usual price), the operator does not have to deliver at that price; it offers the correct price instead, or you can cancel the purchase.

Add products to the cart, then use “Checkout” to go to Stripe's secure payment page. There you enter your shipping and billing details and see the full amount, shipping included.

You can correct any input error until you confirm the payment. After a successful payment you receive a confirmation email; this concludes the contract.

You can pay by card and the other methods Stripe offers. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach the operator.

Every order gets an electronic invoice, sent to the buyer by email. Company invoices are available too: enter the company name and VAT number at checkout.

Please check the parcel on delivery; if it is damaged, ask the courier to record it.

Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014). Send your withdrawal by email to the address above.

The operator refunds the price and the standard shipping fee within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method. It may hold the refund until the goods are back. You pay the cost of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example opened gels and ink cartridges).

If a product is defective, you can claim under the statutory warranty of the Hungarian Civil Code. For consumer contracts the claim is available for two years from delivery.

Durable goods over HUF 10,000 covered by Government Decree 151/2021 (such as the nail printers) come with the mandatory guarantee that decree requires. [How the guarantee card is issued: to be filled in by the owner.]

Send complaints by email ([ugyfelszolgalat@domain.hu]). The operator answers written complaints in writing within 30 days.

If a complaint cannot be settled, you can turn to the conciliation board of your place of residence, the consumer protection authority or the courts. For disputes about online purchases you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Matters not covered here are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce and Government Decree 45/2014.
